Former Jersey Shorer Angelina Pivarnick, known in seedier circles as “The Staten Island Dump,” is no longer pregnant.
A little fact that you can blame on TMZ, CNN, NYDN, and every other media entity that’s devoted space to Pivarnick in the past three months. (Guess that means we’re off the hook…) The only TV reality star hated almost as much as Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt claims she suffered a miscarriage earlier this month, and she blames stress from “media intrusion” (Her words, not ours…) for her loss.
“Everyone in the tabloids and media weren’t really leaving me alone about it. Basically I wanted it to be my personal business and I really wasn’t. It was really hard and I went through a lot of stress and I ended up losing the baby,” the 22-year-old sometime wrestler told TV’s Father Albert this week.
Pivarnick will appear on the Aug. 4 episode of the recently launched syndicated show to discuss the miscarriage, among other things. Her two-month engagement to Wall Streeter David Kovacs ended days after she news of her pregnancy hit the blogosphere in April. Perhaps not surprisingly, given her rep as a “Good Time Gal,” Pivarnick also confessed to the white-collared host that her former fiance was not the father of the unborn child. Yeah — no surprises there. After all, David kicked Angie to the curb after learning that she’d cheated on him.
“Honestly, it was just a guy I was with,” Angelina says of her brief encounter with her would-be baby daddy. “He wasn’t even there for me . He was tormenting me — and it was definitely a big reason why I think what happened to me, happened to me. It was definitely a reality check.”
Since leaving Jersey Shore in the show’s second season, she recorded single “I’m Hot” — which instantly reached the top ten on radio charts despite not being officially released and being panned by critics and has competed in TNA Celebrity Wrestling matches.
